Marketing Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both paid and unpaid marketing strategies and a proven track record in PPC, meta ads, lead generation, and sales through social platforms. You will develop and execute marketing plans, drive leads, and ensure consistent business growth through various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage effective PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Generate leads and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into customers.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that include paid and unpaid strategies.
  • Analyze marketing trends, competitors, and customer insights to optimize performance.
  • Oversee social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
  • Proven ability to create, implement, and monitor marketing plans.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, unpaid marketing strategies, and sales funnels.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Timings: 2pm-11pm
