-To make outbound calls to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company's products or services. The purpose of these calls is to generate leads and set up appointments for sales representatives.
-To identify potential customers by researching and gathering information about individuals and companies that may be interested in the company's products or services.
-To conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and preferences.
-Build relationships with potential customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
-Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
-Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information and support to close deals.
-Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
-Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential customers.
-Have a basic understanding of sales techniques and be able to persuade potential customers to set up appointments.
-Can make multiple calls to the same potential customer until they are able to set up an appointment.
-Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets set by the company.
-Have good organizational skills to maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set in a CRM system.
-Have basic computer skills to use a CRM system and other software tools.
-Should have research skills to identify potential customers and gather information about their needs and preferences.
-Have a positive attitude towards their work and be able to handle rejection and setbacks.
